Waterland Private Equity completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Mag’M and Boncolac group.

Waterland Private Equity, a private equity investment group, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Mag’M, a macaroons and pastries manifacturer, and Boncolac group, a manufacturer of frozen pastries and catering products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
