Management of CJ Fallon completed the acquisition of the company from LLCP.

Management of CJ Fallon, a provider of educational content in both print and digital formats to primary and secondary schools throughout Ireland, completed the acquisition of the company from LLCP, an established middle market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
