Everwood Capital to acquire 115-MWp solar project from RIC Energy.

Everwood Capital, an investment management firm, agreed to acquire 115-MWp solar project from RIC Energy, a green energy supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed. The size of the project will enable Everwood Capital to optimise construction, operation and maintenance costs, and long-term prices of selling the electricity.
