HR Group completed the acquisition of Success Hotel Management.

HR Group, an owner-managed multi-brand hotel, completed the acquisition of Success Hotel Management, a family-run hotel company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Besides the addition of hotels and projects, I am particularly excited about the experts and competencies within Success Group that will positively complement the company, especially in the area of innovation and digitalisation.
