CalEnergy Resources, a company that participates in upstream oil and gas, completed the acquisition of Suntop and Gunnedah, solar farms totaling 345 MWp in New South Wales, Australia, from Canadian Solar, a manufacturer of solar photovoltaic modules. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to work with CalEnergy in Australia to grow their renewable energy portfolio.
