DeMina Skolintressenter to acquire the remaining stake in Atvexa for $32m.

DeMina Skolintressenter, a private company which is currently controlled by Peter Weiderman, Lars Brune, Sara Karlin and Katarina Sjögren, agreed to acquire the remaining stake in Atvexa, a Sweden-based property company for pre-school and school operations, for $32m. The bidder consortium consists of the company's founders Peter Weiderman, Lars Brune and Sara Karlin, board members and chairman of Atvexa, and former CEO Katarina Sjögren.
