ASC Investment to acquire FIXTURE TECH Solutions from Carl Zeiss Stiftung.

ASC Investment, an investment company, agreed to acquire FIXTURE TECH Solutions, a measuring instruments supplier, from Carl Zeiss Stiftung, a technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "FIXTURE TECH is in an excellent position to become the leading, independent player for jigs & fixtures as well as automation solutions in the automotive and industrial segment, due to its vast know how and its core competencies," Frederic Hierl, ASC Investment Managing Director.
