Tenex Capital, a private equity firm, completed an investment in Oliver, a provider of highly customized, quick-turnaround, specialty paper-based packaging solutions, from Pfingsten Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Oliver and the value proposition it consistently delivers to its customers is unique and poised for tremendous growth.
