Zetacom to acquire Ooperon.

Zetacom, a systems integrator for the corporate market, agreed to acquire Ooperon, a communication- and personal alarm systems provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. By joining forces, Zetacom strengthens its position as a market-leading IT partner in healthcare while Ooperon can support its customers with a more complete range of solutions. Ooperon will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary producing and marketing communication solutions for healthcare and correctional facilities.
