Blue Sage Capital completed the investment in Baker Manufacturing Company.

Blue Sage Capital, an Austin, Texas-based private equity firm, completed the investment in Baker Manufacturing Company, a provider of residential, industrial, municipal, and environmental water well equipment and accessories. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our partnership with Blue Sage Capital represents an exciting inflection point in Baker’s history.
