Middleby, a commercial and residential cooking and industrial process equipment company, agreed to acquire CP Packaging, a manufacturer of advanced high-speed vacuum packaging equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The CP Packaging systems provide customers with industry leading sanitation, faster production throughput and reduced operating costs.
