Audax Group backed-FDH AERO, an independent aerospace & defense supply chain solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Electro Enterprises, a supply chain partner to aerospace and defense OEMs across the globe. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to partner with Scott and the FDH organization.
