Wipro-backed Precision Automation and Robotics India, a company which supplies a full range of automated products, completed the acquisition of Hochrainer, a supplier of automation technology and assembly systems for global automobile manufacturers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our industrial automation business has grown significantly in the last four years.
