SOL-backed VIVISOL to acquire Profi Gesundheits-Service.

SOL-backed VIVISOL, a home care provider, agreed to acquire Profi Gesundheits-Service, a medical equipment supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Vivisol continues its strategy of expanding specialized intensive home care services by supporting VIVISOL Intensivservice GmbH with the new company Profi Gesundheits-Service GmbH, operating in Rheinland-Pfalz and Baden-Wuerttemberg, with the target to consolidate its position on the German market," Aldo Fumagalli Romario, SOL Group Chairman and CEO.
