Triton-backed Fertiberia, a producer of solid and liquid fertilizers for agricultural use, completed the acquisition of Trichodex, a manufacturer of biotechnological products intended for use in agriculture. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Combining Trichodex’s biotechnology and Grupo Fertiberia’s innovative product development will provide farmers with cutting-edge sustainable tools to improve their crops,” Javier Goñi, Fertiberia President.
