Klöckner-backed Becker Stahl, a service center in Europe in the flat steel sector, supplying customers with wide band, slit strip, rectangular plates, blanks and trapezoid blanks, completed the acquisition of Hernandez Stainless, a manufacturer of stainless steel products and surface machining. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Both of these acquisitions are of major strategic importance for us.
