Indigo Partners completed the acquisition of ISD Group from Cerea Partners.

Indigo Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of ISD Group, a company which provides permanent point-of-sale (POS) advertising solutions for mass retail, from Cerea Partners, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are particularly pleased to have advised ISD’s shareholders and management in this transaction. This client-oriented team and its strong core values have convinced Indigo Capital and are obviously key assets to reinforce ISD’s leadership in the coming years,” Cyril d’Assigny, Lincoln Managing Director.
