Charlotte Pipe, a manufacturer of pipe and fittings, completed the acquisition of Neenah Enterprises, a manufacturer of cast iron manhole covers, gratings, and similar items for municipal and construction applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition in an adjacent sector builds on our core competency in the manufacturing of grey iron castings.
