SME Equity Partners and Co-Investor-backed Promedical, a medical technology manufacturer in Glarus, Switzerland, completed the acquisition of Nizell Medical, a medical technology manufacturer in Lauerz, Switzerland. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this transaction the group further consolidates its position in the Swiss medical consumables market and becomes a leading integrated solutions provider in the Swiss healthcare sector.
