Grupa Polmlek, a food and beverages manufacturer, agreed to acquire Safilait, a dairy company specializing in the processing, packaging and sale of fresh milk, from Bel Group, a multinational cheese marketer centered in France. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are committed to Morocco since the 1970s and will continue to invest, to consolidate the position of our historical brands in the country.
