Deltek to acquire TIP Technologies.

Deltek, a provider of software and solutions for project-based businesses, agreed to acquire TIP Technologies, a provider of quality, compliance and manufacturing execution solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very excited to announce this new combination of Deltek and TIP Technologies.
