Borromin Capital-backed Protect Medical, a provider of healthcare solutions, completed the acquisition of Promeba, a Spanish emergency medical services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Promeba expands Protect Medical's business activities geographically as well as its product range and customer base. It will also strengthen its market position and provide additional production capacities to meet the increasing demand for products from the EMS sector.
