Chase completed the acquisition of NuCera Solutions from SK Capital for $250m.

Chase, a chemicals company, completed the acquisition of NuCera Solutions, a manufacturer of highly differentiated specialty polymers, from SK Capital, a private equity firm, for $250m. “We are pleased to have completed this important strategic acquisition.
