Ancala Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of the aerial emergency services business of Babcock International, a British aerospace, defense, and nuclear engineering services company, for $143m. “Avincis, formed through the carve out of certain aerial emergency service businesses from Babcock International, demonstrates Ancala’s ability to source and execute differentiated investment opportunities.
