Montagu completed the acquisition of EPFR from Informa.

Montagu, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Emerging Portfolio Funds Research, a data provider, from Informa, a British publishing, business intelligence, and exhibitions group based in London. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to be partnering with Montagu.
