Sole Source Capital completed the acquisition of Siena Analytics.

Peak Technologies, an IT service management company, completed the acquisition of Siena Analytics, a software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Siena’s suite of products yield intelligence for improved supply chain and distribution visibility by leveraging A.I. and machine vision to power digital transformation from the heart of the enterprise. With Peak’s current supply chain and logistics solutions, the Siena analytics suite will support emerging opportunities in micro-fulfillment and provide mobile and retail visibility in the omni-channel supply chain,” Tony Rivers, Peak Technologies CEO.
