VetPartners to acquire Alianza Petsalud.

VetPartners, a company comprises a growing group of like-minded animal practices and animal health businesses, agreed to acquire Alianza Petsalud, a provider of veterinary services based in Madrid, Spain. Financial terms were not disclosed. "VetPartners and Alianza Petsalud share the same values, and together we want to create a great place of work for our veterinarians and assistants, where they feel valued and supported. Both groups have been founded and are led by veterinarians, so we understand what is important for our people and for the profession," Augusto Macías, VetPartners General Director.
