OMERS Private Equity completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Bionic from ECI Partners.

OMERS Private Equity, a global investment company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Bionic, a provider of essential energy, insurance, finance and connectivity services, from ECI Partners, a private equity firm.
