Integrity Marketing to acquire PHP Agency from Ambina Partners.

Integrity Marketing, a distributor of life and health insurance, and provider of wealth management and retirement planning solutions, agreed to acquire PHP Agency, an operator of insurance brokerage and financial services marketing company, from Ambina Partners, a private equity firm.
