TK Elevator completed the acquisition of Nordic Lift from Pegroco Invest.

TK Elevator, a company in elevator industry, completed the acquisition of Nordic Lift, a distributor of workshop equipment, from Pegroco Invest, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are convinced that Nordic Lift represents an ideal expansion of our regional presence, which will further strengthen our proximity to our customers and make a significant contribution to our growth in Sweden," Inge Delobelle, TK Elevator CEO.
