Cyfrowy Polsat and HB Reavis completed the acquisition of Port Praski City II and Port Praski Medical Center for $25m.

Cyfrowy Polsat, a media and telecommunications group, and HB Reavis, an international workspace provider through real estate solutions, completed the acquisition of Port Praski City II and Port Praski Medical Center, for $25m. The company notes that the commencement of the project, in addition to the conditions precedent being satisfied, will require, as a next step, relevant building permits. Therefore, the exact milestones and costs of the project implementation will be specified by the Shareholders in the business plan at a later date.
