Castik Capital completed the acquisition of Artus Beteiligungs.

Castik Capital, a private equity frim, completed the acquisition of Artus Beteiligungs, a provider of complete solutions for the restoration process. Financial terms were not disclosed. Founded in 2014, Castik is a private equity firm focused on making investments in high-quality and growing businesses headquartered in Europe and led by strong management teams or founders. Investments are made by the Luxembourg-based fund, EPIC II, the second fund managed by Castik, which had its final fund close of €1.25bn in October 2020.
