The APRIL Group to acquire Magnacarta.

The APRIL Group, a provider of insurance services, agreed to acquire Magnacarta, a provider of wealth management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to be moving back into the world of asset management, which we left a decade ago with the sale of our insurance and distribution activities to a major French bank.
