Inner Mongolia Yili, a firm that engages in the processing, manufacturing, and sales of all types of dairy products and health drinks, agreed to acquire infant nutrition plant from Royal FrieslandCampina, a Dutch dairy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Xiushui is designed for infant nutrition production and is mainly producing non-dairy creamers while preparing for the future growth of the Zi Mu brand. Zi Mu is a local infant nutrition brand," FrieslandCampina Spokesperson.
