Italfarmaco, a company in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector, completed the acquisition of Lacer, a company in the area of health and personal hygiene. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition represents a strong consolidation of our company in the Spanish market and represents a further impetus for our growth at international level.
