A consortium of investors completed the acquisition of Fidelis MGU from Fidelis Insurance.

Capital Z Partners, The Travelers Companies, Blackstone, Further Global Capital Management and Alfa Insurance completed the acquisition of Fidelis Managing General Underwriter from Fidelis Insurance, a global provider of specialty insurance and reinsurance products.
