ReadyTech completed the acquisition of IT Vision for $55m.

ReadyTech, a SaaS provider of next generation cloud-based software, completed the acquisition of IT Vision, a provider of business solutions for local government, port authorities and similar industries, for $55m. “IT Vision are well very aligned with our customer-centric, future-focused culture, and I am excited to welcome the team into the ReadyTech stable.
