Morrison & Co completed the acquisition of a 33.3% stake in Lyntia Networks from Antin Infrastructure Partners.

Morrison & Co, an infrastructure asset management firm, completed the acquisition of a 33.3% stake in Lyntia Networks, a Spanish fibre network operator, from Antin Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Lyntia has a solid market position and huge growth potential.
