ECI Partners-backed Zenergi completed the acquisition of Powerful Allies.

ECI Partners-backed Zenergi, a customer service company specialising in energy procurement, invoice validation and contract management, completed the acquisition of Powerful Allies, a provider of renewable electricity contracts for schools and businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed.
