Shell USA, a firm that explores and produces energy products, completed the acquisition of Shell Midstream Partners, a firm that owns, operates, develops, and acquires pipelines and other midstream, and logistics assets, for $1.96bn. SHLX's units will no longer be listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and it will cease to be a publicly traded company.
