Mohawk to acquire Foss Floors from Wynnchurch Capital.

Mohawk, a floor manufacturing company, agreed to acquire Foss Floors, a manufacturer of non-woven needle punch floor coverings and specialty flooring products, from Wynnchurch Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Foss has a great team of people. We believe it will be an excellent complement to our existing Mohawk Home business.
