Les Echos-Le Parisien, a media company, agreed to acquire a 75% stake in OpinionWay, a market research and opinion polling company. Financial terms were not dsiclosed. "The advertising department of our media will thus be able to offer studies, in addition to events to advertisers", Pierre Louette, Les Echos-Le Parisie CEO.
