FL Putnam completed the acquisition of Salem Capital Management.

FL Putnam, a provider of investment management, financial planning and consulting services, completed the acquisition of Salem Capital Management, a registered investment advisor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Salem Capital team has a tremendous amount of investment and advisory experience, and we are excited to welcome them to our team.
