AHF Products, a hardwood flooring manufacturer, completed the acquisition of three US manufacturing facilities from Armstrong Flooring, a manufacturer of innovative flooring products focusing on design, performance and durability for the home and commercial applications, for $107m. This purchase also significantly increases our position in the commercial flooring segment, which is expected to grow.
