Samsic Group, a facility management services provider, completed the acquisition of ISS Facility Services Portugal, a security, cleaning and technical services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We provide services in cleaning, landscaping, multi-technical maintenance, reception, concierge services, meeting management, and more.
