Previan to acquire Pavemetrics.

Previan, a formerly known as Eddyfi/NDT, a manufacturer of test and measurement equipment, agreed to acquire Pavemetrics, a distributor of digital vision systems intended for the inspection of transportation infrastructures. The transaction was financed with the support of Investissement Québec and the Fonds de Solidarité FTQ. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Pavemetrics’ technology offering is very much in line with our group’s interests.
