"We are fully satisfied with the extremely competent advice provided by HSCie. At the beginning, we would not have thought that an M&A process would have such complexities. We are very happy to have placed ourselves in the hands of such an experienced advisor, who supported us with professional expertise, extensive industry experience and tireless dedication to make the sale of our company a success," Uwe Burkhardt, Reifen Burkhardt Managing Shareholder.
