Qualium Investissement and Lauxera Capital Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in VERDOT Ips² from Capital Export.

Qualium Investissement, an investment company, and Lauxera Capital Partners, an asset manager, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in VERDOT Ips²,a company designs and manufactures of purification solutions by liquid chromatography and tangential filtration, from Capital Export, an international freight forwarding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "VERDOT Ips² has nearly 30 years of innovation and expertise in the field of healthcare.
