SUNU Group, a Pan-African financial services group, agreed to acquire a 54.11% stake in Banque Internationale pour le Commerce et l'Industrie du Sénégal, a provider of banking and financial services, from BNP Paribas, a French international banking group. Financial terms were not disclosed. The SUNU Group is continuing its development in line with its ambition to offer complete financial solutions with a network of banks and insurance companies that are closer to companies and populations.
