Journey Energy to acquire Canadian assets from Enerplus for $109m.

Journey Energy, a Calgary-based oil and gas exploration and production company, agreed to acquire Canadian assets from Enerplus, an independent North American exploration and production company, for $109m. The transaction is expected to close at the end of the third quarter of 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.
